After reading all the great information in this forum, I think I've narrowed down to this one for my 2HP HFDC. Thanks to all of you for your help!
Do these dimensions seem right? Should I go with 2 hardboard pieces glued together for a 1/4" baffle?
I can also post the sketchup file for the final version for any SU users out there.
