I have a tophat like retired and after running 150 bf of hard maple thru the ,jointer,planner, and sander this is what I ended up in the bag of the Delta 50-850. I also went thru 5 bags of chips. I also have a baffle inside the delta
all that is in the bag is fines (2.5 cups). There is no chips only fine dust

so you have essentially 2 separators??? did you notice a loss of suction with the 2nd added? i ask because the small amount of dust that enters my bag after the separator is spinning pretty good. any benefit to adding the baffle inside the DC once there is a pre separator?
